I've spent the last 15 years working in Human Resources, growing from various roles into a consultant and leader, with a keen interest in improving workplace cultures. 

My experience has allowed me to learn the ins and outs of team building, leadership, change management, and how to design a great employee experience. Recently, I've started exploring new industries, specifically web3, and even launched my own brand. 

My combined understanding of traditional HR and new tech gives me a balanced view, which I use to support organisations in various sectors. 

This year, I've combined all of my skills to launch an absolute passion of mine in the HR tech space - Empathix. We bring top candidates to businesses in under a week using AI technology. I'm always excited about using my skills and knowledge to help organisations navigate and thrive in our ever-changing landscape and can't wait to share what we learn through these conversations!
